The Directorate of IPR imparts regular training to all its officers and staff from the headquater, different districts and sub-divisions. Trainings are given on various subjects as decided by the training department of the Assam Administrative Staff College to keep the officials up-to-date with the latest rules and regulations. These programmes are highly beneficial.

A batch of 10 officers have undergone training in the month of March at Indian Institude of Mass Communication, New Delhi. A training programme for the graphic artists have also been organised to aqquaint them to the latest digital technologies.
